This IS the place for seafood! Customer service was friendly and fast! You may have to wait a little for a table..however, it's worth it! A must!

Best seafood place in Lynn Haven Florida in my opinion I normally get the boil shrimp dinner with cheese grits in coleslaw. The kitchen staff do not over season the shrimp or the sides which I like so I can add a little more salt or pepper as I prefer. Call ahead to try to get your name in the pot for seeding us the place is very popular but worth the wait

H first experience here and I was blown away. Food was superb and the service was next level. Our visit was during the pandemic so space was limited and self-service was not available for drinks, but we didn't have to wait or ask for refills, etc. Highly recommend.

I was born and raised from seafood country, New Orleans, and this place is literally the best seafood place I've ever eaten. It has turned into a must stop for me every time I'm in the area. Make sure you get the tuna dip, I promise you will won't regret it!

The place was packed when we got there , with several people outside, but we got a table in a few minutes. The food was excellent.I had shrimp and grits. It made my belly smile. If you get a chance try it. You won't be disappointed.

The bomb dot com! Something as simple as steamed shrimp shouldn't be different anywhere you go, however the shrimp there is by far our favorite. Soup is AWESOME. We DEVOURED the crab claws and could drink the sauce they come in. Clearly they are delicious as they are ALWAYS busy. Call ahead like we always forget to do. That said, the fact we waited over an hour once, it was totally worth it!

My husband likes the food and enjoys ordering from this location. However, almost every time he puts in an order for pick up, the employees always mess up the orders. We have had two meals comped as a result of complaining because attention to detail is important and should be a priority for the employees. The latest issue we ran into was a tuna dip order. It costs $10 and change. The other times we order that, the container is full. This time, my husband noticed that the tuna dip was not all the way full. It seems they are becoming skimpy with their portions. Also, as a side note, with the COVID-19 pandemic going on, we noticed that the employees (at least the ones we saw during the order pickup) were NOT wearing masks, in addition to the customers. Definitely would not dine in during a pandemic as there is more probability of catching COVID-19.

Best restaurant in Lynn Haven, hands down. Be patient, they are typically crowded during the dinner hours, but the food is absolutely with the wait. They also do to go orders. They have beer and wine and absolutely no fried food of any kind. Delicious and probably better for you than the fried stuff.

Great local restaurant with very fresh seafood. Really good quality seafood at great prices. Small seafood market also. Food and wine to go. My wife and I had cups of lobster bisque and gumbo appetizers, shrimp & scallops, shrimp scampi, steamed grouper, cheesey grits, cole slaw, steamed vegetables and key lime pie. All very good quality. Not a huge menu but don't let that stop you. Check this one out!

Amazing shrimp boil and baked oysters. Visit everytime we come to Florida!

Simply amazing. Best seafood I have had in Panama City in years. I ordered shrimp with grits. Shrimp we're large, plentiful, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. My wife had the shrimp tacos and loved them. We finished with homemade bread pudding. Service was attentive.

First time dinning at Simply Seafood. Every thing steamed. WOW Excellent!!!

Tonight we ate at simply seafood and the server accidentally dropped my Dad’s plate onto him when bringing it to the table. We understood immediately because it’s a seafood restaurant with lots of drawn butter on the plate and sometimes accidents just happen, but the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The poor server and management were both mortified and so genuinely apologetic. They remade his plate and brought an extra lobster tail which delighted him. They offered desserts and kept checking on us over and over. Their response was so immediate and so sincere we left just as happy (if not more so) than if nothing had ever happened. Kudos Simply Seafood.

Simply DELICIOUS! I had the shrimp and grits and the hubby had the shrimp boil. Both were flavorful and huge portions. The drinks were self service. Wait staff was friendly and readily available. Definitely a must when visiting PCB.

Great Food!! Went a few months ago for my birthday. Was really happy with my experience.

Here's the problem with this place- they have amazing seafood :p - all boiled or steamed- nothing fried! Clean restaurant, good parking, clean bathrooms! If you want a drink - you have to get it yourself- and tell your server. Service was alright. Shrimp was awesome. Raw oysters were great! Would love if there were blinds on the windows in the patio area and fans in the patio.

Worth the wait for our table. Absolutely will go again when in area.

Simply delicious! Great steamed seafood, excellent friendly service. The homemade carrot cake is the best anywhere. Very reasonable prices. A great value!!

I can't say enough about this place. We LOVE it. We had to wait a bit, well worth the wait. Everyone was friendly and made us feel like they were glad we were there. Casual family environment, date night or bring the whole family! We even witnessed a young man training another young man how to pull trash bags and put new ones in. May seem simple enough but this young man was detailed aware of the customers around, and was kind and encouraging to his trainee. As business owner's we pay attention to every detail.The food was top notch. The only thing we didn't care for was the way the oysters were served. We are used to them being in the shell but they were delicious.We will be back!

Their food is fantastic! There are no fryers in the building, and I hope that they keep it that way. The seafood is always fresh and the atmosphere is like family. Our absolute favorite place for seafood!

This place is amazing. They have the best shrimp and potato's I've ever had. this place stays busy for a reason and they appreciate law enforcement.

Had the steamed shrimp and husband had the gumbo. Shrimp was good and gumbo was great! Great service. We will go back. No fried food here - only steamed.

This was my first time in Simply Seafood, and it was amazing. You go in and sit wherever you want, no reservation needed. We went at 3pm and we're gone the option to get the lunch or dinner portion of the dishes, and that was awesome. The definite are self serve, and they have both Coke and Pepsi products, which made my picky heart happy. They also had sweet tea and bottled drinks, along with beers. One of the people in our group isn't really into seafood, and the waitress told us that they also have burgers, it's just not on the menu. He got the burger, and it was amazing. The lobster bisque is great and creamy. I got the steamed shrimp, and that was so good. One of my friends got the shrimp scampi, and it was so good the flavor was amazing and hearty. All of us ordered dinner sizes, and the portions we're good sizes. I like the atmosphere, and everyone was really nice. They take cards, and service is really fast.

This is our go-to place for shrimp and grits. We got there about 4:30 pm because if you wait past 5:00 pm you will not find a parking spot. Shrimp was fantastic but, surprisingly, the grits came out cold. Not the norm, though. Nobody's perfect. I highly recommend you give them a try if you like shrimp and cheese grits.

If you love steamed seafood, this is your place! The seasoning they use is scrumptious. I had the snow crab claws and my husband had shrimp and grits. Very good!

Food was delicious! However, there was absolutely no control of how many people were inside and there was no social distancing. Management allowed 3 couples to stand at the end of the bar almost our entire meal while they waited on their table. They were in the aisle and everyone had to squeeze in between them and our table. They were joking about being distanced. Eventually someone came over and told them to wait outside. Obviously, if I'm eating out I'm okay taking some risks. But this was the worst example I've seen of a business properly managing the pandemic. None of the employees had masks on. No precautions were taken.

Just recently found out about this place and hands down one of my favorite seafood places to eat! I've been twice now and each time has been amazing! Highly recommend to anyone. Fast and great service, very friendly and helpful team, and an amazing atmosphere! I cant boast y'all enough lol. Would give more stars if I had option!

Like Tina Turner used to sing SIMPLY THE BEST! Lobster and shrimp and a pitcher of beer! The people are always nice and friendly. I overheard the owner tell the table next to ours that he LOVES HIS CUSTOMERS! I beleive it!!!

The Gumbo and shrimp are great. The food is fresh. The staff are great. Decent sized parking. I just wasn't a very big fan of the scallops which was disappointing.

I took my brothers here today. We all got a dozen oysters. They have a unique way of putting them in what looks like egg holders for the dozen. Very neat and clean restaurant. I will definitely try something else on the menu next time as everyone around had something that looked great.

Fantastic raw and baked oysters. Easily one of my personal favorites. Only my grandma made them better.

Just a small and very casual place, but the food was great! Oysters were served very cold on ice, the steamed shrimp were plump and plentiful, and the cheese grits were YUM!!! Hubby had the crab legs which were nice 'n meaty too. We're arrive just before 5:00 on a Thursday and got seated right away, but by 5:30 there was a line out the door and a waiting list. I'm told that is normal for the place and even busier on weekends, so go early!

Crab lovers dish is simply a must when going! Be prepared to eat all kinds of crab. First time in my life I couldn’t finish my plate.

Great food as always. Baked Three Cheese Cajun Oysters are at least an appetizer every time we go if not a meal. The ceramic trays they use for the baked oysters keep them hot. The Shrimp Boil is another favorite of mine. It’s seasoned perfectly and is big meal so come hungry.
